My mothers' birthday is coming up. She only has a few pleasures. One of them being her garden. And when I say, "garden," I mean the whole 1/4 acre. It's an enchanted wonderland. And you can find her there.
Her gardening ritual is filled with watering. Nightly. Hopefully in a couple weeks when the drought restrictions are lifted she will be able to do it again.
I thought of her when Snap-2.0 came up for review. I volunteered. I was thinking of her and her upcoming birthday. I wonder what she'll think.
First things first...
Ever used a universal garden hose connector? Welcome to Snap-2.0. What makes this different from the other connectors on the market? We're not exactly sure but they sure look like fun when watching them on TV. And those snappy, flashy sites just make it look cooler. Flashiness aside, the connector helps keep the drip and the rust build-up from happening. As for the rust on the rakes? Seriously, store them properly.
According to snap-2-o.com, Snap-2.0 claims the following features and benefits:
- no buttons or rings - self-locking
- no leaks / drips
- prevents leaks & drips
- connects in seconds
- no more screwing on hoses
Order Process: The complaints we have found have been in the order process. We found one who tried to go back and reset their order to 1 set. Note: DON'T DO THAT! Unless there is an order review page that allows for the sets to be changed, you're purchased the initial order. It's over. Done with. Set in stone. Call customer service two business days later. Why? Because all the product sites work on cookies and closed orders. Once you start pushing the back button after you've put in your credit card info and hit, "order," you'll run the risk of resetting those cookies and ordering it again. So, yeah, don't do that.
Product Performance: If you can remember not to hit the "back" button during the order process, you look like you're off to having a good product for your garden. The fluff review sites gave it raves. The watchdogs have been mum when it comes to the product performance. We also found some videos that have shown favorable use with the Snap-2.0. For example, check out this video below:
So long as you can get through the order process, you'll be good to go. We enjoyed researching this and were pleasantly surprised by when we found when reviewing the product. With my mother's birthday coming up, I'm all about considering these universal connectors. If nothing else, her hydrangeas will thank me once the drought restrictions are lifted.

Before I'd ever use a product like Dr. Ho's Back Belt, I would consult my chiropractor - who I haven't seen in awhile. What we found is that most people wouldn't take such an approach...
I would swear that the NutriBullet is just a Magic Bullet with a different plastic skin and fonts & iconography. I assume that if I want to make veggie smoothies I could just use a Magic Bullet, but apparently I can't. Or something like that. I'm still looking.
This is one of those times where my grandfather bought something he wanted to see on TV and it was a great idea. I went into the garage and click the switch when I realized the light-bulb didn't look like an ordinary light-bulb.
With so many acne products out and about, on television, on the shelves, at the impulse counter, next to the Redbox and vending machines...It's enough to make one wonder as to why the competition is so fierce. Is it because no single product works well enough? Or is it because people have a hard time telling which product works for them. Maybe Neutrogena is onto something with the SkinID.
Awesome Auger - Was It PitchMen's Billy Mays that Made it Awesome? Or was it Awesome Auger inventor Tommie Matasko and his inspiring story that lead to the Auger's invention? Please visit the As Seen on TV Life Summary Review and find out.
Before Vince came out with his copycat ShamWOW and his Time/Life operator headphones, there was a super-absorbent cloth that took care of the chills and spills your clumsy day created. And all you needed to know was that Billy Mays thought it was awesome.
