I run a 200-watt Klipsch audio system at my computer in my office. I run a second 200-watt Klipsch audio system at the 46-inch LED TV ahead of me and another 50-watt system on this table by the picture window. And when I'm on the road I run some heady Sony noise reduction speakers in my backpack. That being said, you probably wouldn't catch me using the Music Bullet but, then again, I probably wouldn't find most of you shelling out $1,000.00 on audio equipment
and pass off as a tax rideoff
So the hypothesis I had to work with was: does the Music Bullet's value proposition pay off for those As Seen on TV lovers who aren't as musically snobish as I am?
Let's find out.
Music Bullet is a portable stereo system that recharges on a USB player which makes it conveniently suited to sit next to computers and smart phones to charge while the user is working on a telecom device. Or playing chess in the park. Or sitting in a seculded section of the coffee house no one goes to because there are no refills on the iced tea
and I LOVE this place too!
The other element the music bullet provides is the additional bass
if you're reading the type-o on the product site
. The spelling might be muddied, but the music is supposed to be clear enough for the non-music snobs.
According to GetMusicBullet.com, Music Bullet claims the following features and benefits:
- brings any device to life
- great for MP3 players
- cars, office, work, street
- speakerphone for speakers
- comes with a usb charger
Order Process: The order process is BOGO is simple but a little convoluted. Why? Well, you ever heard the classic Henry Ford saying, " You can have whatever color you want so long as it's black? " Well, this order process is similar except getting black you'll get red, or black, or blue. Whatever's available at the time. Otherwise, the offer is a straight-forward BOGO w/ S&H on the BOGO so make sure you account for it.
Product Performance: It's been fun tracking around the forums to see what the natives have to say about the Music Bullet. Some of them are NSFW but they all were funny.
Steve Meade Designs : someone popped this on a thread a couple months back to see what the natives would say. A couple would try it an a couple were music snobs like me.
Parts-Express: Folks on this thread seemed quiet interested in the Music Bullet. They thought for the convenience and portability that the device could be worthwhile.
Mac Forums: though we didn't see a discuss on Mac Rumours for the Music Bullet, we did find some alternatives for iphone speakers and docs if you wanted to make your own comparisons. Check them out.
DoesItReallyWork.org gave their take on it.
Customer Service: 24/7: ideavillage.com/orderstatus Email: firstname.lastname@example.org Phone: 855.876.1810
So what do you think? Does the value proposition pay off?
And buy a damned Music Bullet if you want. Just push the green button.

Before I'd ever use a product like Dr. Ho's Back Belt, I would consult my chiropractor - who I haven't seen in awhile. What we found is that most people wouldn't take such an approach...
I would swear that the NutriBullet is just a Magic Bullet with a different plastic skin and fonts & iconography. I assume that if I want to make veggie smoothies I could just use a Magic Bullet, but apparently I can't. Or something like that. I'm still looking.
This is one of those times where my grandfather bought something he wanted to see on TV and it was a great idea. I went into the garage and click the switch when I realized the light-bulb didn't look like an ordinary light-bulb.
With so many acne products out and about, on television, on the shelves, at the impulse counter, next to the Redbox and vending machines...It's enough to make one wonder as to why the competition is so fierce. Is it because no single product works well enough? Or is it because people have a hard time telling which product works for them. Maybe Neutrogena is onto something with the SkinID.
Awesome Auger - Was It PitchMen's Billy Mays that Made it Awesome? Or was it Awesome Auger inventor Tommie Matasko and his inspiring story that lead to the Auger's invention? Please visit the As Seen on TV Life Summary Review and find out.
Before Vince came out with his copycat ShamWOW and his Time/Life operator headphones, there was a super-absorbent cloth that took care of the chills and spills your clumsy day created. And all you needed to know was that Billy Mays thought it was awesome.
