Some products come into our office and we all treat it the same way the men treat the garter catch at a wedding - the one with the biggest guilt complex is gonna catch it with his toe before it hits the ground. Other products are like the bouquet toss - women fight over each other for a chance to catch it.
A Beach Body product is like the wedding bouquet in our office. And with Les Mills, I was glad I got to catch it.
Read my review and you'll understand...
Les Mills PUMP is the latest in the long line of pristine Beach Body workouts. The system is the at-home version of the same kind of workouts that have been tearing up the gym scene and are being used throughout the country. In short, it's Beach Body. It's about Lean Muscle. If you can commit to the product, it'll probably help you out - but we're not experts. We humbly suggest you talk to your doctors first!
According to official product website BeachBody.com, Les Mills Pump claims the following features and benefits:
- Barbell system
- 7 fat-blasting, lean muscle building workouts
- Get Lean Nutrition Guide
- Tape Measure & Measurement Tracker
- Free Online Support
Order Process: So far so good. We admit we're getting this product early in the life cycle so hopefully we can help out. Help with what? Understanding the offer: It's a 30-day trial and like most every other like offer in the industry, you will have to call ahead to cancel because otherwise you'll opt into the rest of the offer and your credit card will be conveniently charged those 3 payments at 30-day intervals. We're not saying to cancel. We love Beach Body products. We hope you keep them. What we are saying is that in our estimation about 1% of the people don't get the fine print in these offers and they'll be the ones down the road that complain about it online. So, just be alert and you should be okay.
Product Performance: So far we've seen many good things for the products. Below is a list of a few threads that we particularly liked that we found during our research.
My Fitness Pal - This thread shows that fitness fanatics were already using it in their routines. Sounds simple, but it's past the "does it work," and straight to working with the product.
Spark People - This one had people who were happy that the product shipped so quickly and were all set to try it out.
Collage Video - This one had people who had mixed things to say about the system. One got confused and accidentally ordered too much (take your time) while others pointed out that the system wasn't too bad.
Body Building Forums - This thread talked about people who were enjoying the Les Mills lessons that were introduced to their classes.
Shakeology - Another great thread were people were excited to use the Les Mills system.
Below is a playlist we compiled of Les Mills Pump video reviews. Check it out!
It's Beach Body. They're awesome. They don't put out a product without it being in the latest trends and without testing leading up to launch. It's why they're at the top of the As Seen on TV Fitness pyramid. Unless something completely unforeseen happens, we expect this Les Mills PUMP to be another huge seller and loved and adored by the Beach Body fanatics. That's our guess.

Before I'd ever use a product like Dr. Ho's Back Belt, I would consult my chiropractor - who I haven't seen in awhile. What we found is that most people wouldn't take such an approach...
I would swear that the NutriBullet is just a Magic Bullet with a different plastic skin and fonts & iconography. I assume that if I want to make veggie smoothies I could just use a Magic Bullet, but apparently I can't. Or something like that. I'm still looking.
This is one of those times where my grandfather bought something he wanted to see on TV and it was a great idea. I went into the garage and click the switch when I realized the light-bulb didn't look like an ordinary light-bulb.
With so many acne products out and about, on television, on the shelves, at the impulse counter, next to the Redbox and vending machines...It's enough to make one wonder as to why the competition is so fierce. Is it because no single product works well enough? Or is it because people have a hard time telling which product works for them. Maybe Neutrogena is onto something with the SkinID.
Awesome Auger - Was It PitchMen's Billy Mays that Made it Awesome? Or was it Awesome Auger inventor Tommie Matasko and his inspiring story that lead to the Auger's invention? Please visit the As Seen on TV Life Summary Review and find out.
Before Vince came out with his copycat ShamWOW and his Time/Life operator headphones, there was a super-absorbent cloth that took care of the chills and spills your clumsy day created. And all you needed to know was that Billy Mays thought it was awesome.
