Sad news everyone: I'm sad to report that my Maui Jim sunglasses were lost at a client's radio station, never to be found. Even worse: Maui Jim doesn't make the titanium straps one anymore. The problem with them was that the only place I could store them when not in the box was around my neck because the sides didn't fold in. As much as I appreciate the sunglasses, I don't have the $250 to afford new ones for awhile. I guess I'll have to go on the cheap. I dunno if I could do the HD Vision Foldaways. But if I did, they be the first ones I can store in my Mustang GT - where storage is slim.
From the HD Vision line of sunglasses, the Foldaway are the compact glasses of the group. They're designed to, wait for it, fold away and tuck in compact storage spaces in the car such as the overhead folder, the shelf below the stereo, the glove compartment. If you have a Mustang GT like me, these might be the first sunglasses that fit in the shelf on the door. Might be..
According to www.hdfoldaways.com, HD Vision Foldaways are the latest in the line of HD Vision sunglasses and claims the following features and benefits:
- high definition color, clarity & contrast
- ingenious fold-able frame
- small enough to fit into a shirt pocket / tiny purse
- new & improved lenses
- 30-day guarantee (less S&H)
All's quiet on the watchdog site front. The thing to note that the product site offer is a BOGO. This means that the sunglasses are coming in pairs. So, if you got to the drop down and pick 1 brown and 1 black, you'll be receiving 2 pairs of sunglasses - 4 total. You can't pick them individually.
Thems the breaks
Product Performance: Everybody is still at the intrigue stage. The flirting. The foreplay. Hey, ole' boy, and the like. The bloggers are quite quiet to this point and the watchdoggers are not short on chatter for it.
We expect they'll work about as predicted. This is the 4th line or so of this particular brand from Idea Village. We'd use the folding element gently. It appears to be the weak link in the element. Don't get us wrong, it will work and the like as far as we can tell. We just wouldn't recommend opening and closing it all day for fun. And make sure the area where the sunglasses are stored are safe.

Before I'd ever use a product like Dr. Ho's Back Belt, I would consult my chiropractor - who I haven't seen in awhile. What we found is that most people wouldn't take such an approach...
I would swear that the NutriBullet is just a Magic Bullet with a different plastic skin and fonts & iconography. I assume that if I want to make veggie smoothies I could just use a Magic Bullet, but apparently I can't. Or something like that. I'm still looking.
This is one of those times where my grandfather bought something he wanted to see on TV and it was a great idea. I went into the garage and click the switch when I realized the light-bulb didn't look like an ordinary light-bulb.
With so many acne products out and about, on television, on the shelves, at the impulse counter, next to the Redbox and vending machines...It's enough to make one wonder as to why the competition is so fierce. Is it because no single product works well enough? Or is it because people have a hard time telling which product works for them. Maybe Neutrogena is onto something with the SkinID.

Before Vince came out with his copycat ShamWOW and his Time/Life operator headphones, there was a super-absorbent cloth that took care of the chills and spills your clumsy day created. And all you needed to know was that Billy Mays thought it was awesome.
