I've never thought of doing a ballerina workout. I shot a lot of baskets and the bar I used for fitness had 45 lbs. weights on either side. It wasn't until I went and saw The Nutcracker in college did I truly appreciate the effort it took to twirl around on tip-toes. Michelle Austin's Fluidity system provides the equipment, the assistance tools, the DVDs and even supplements if you want them to help get that flexibility only ballerinas seem to attain. What we were wondering was whether or not the bar will sustain effort.
The Fluidity system is based off the workouts that ballerinas use to get in shape for performances. What separates the system from a simple bar is that it switches positions and allows for posture improving for beginners. The system also comes with DVDs and workout balls to train, instruct and provide stability.
According to www.fluidity.com, Fluidity Bar Fitness System (official affiliate link) claims the following features and benefits:
- burn more calories than cardio
- back of the body
- true functional training
- pelvic stability & core strength
- muscle integration
Order Process: The brand has been around quite awhile and the blogosphere has complaints. They're actually cool to read because you can see how the price points and product enhancements evolved through the years. It looks like they learn from their mistakes. The 12 payment option is a bit ridiculous, but for those who can't afford $400 bucks up front, it ain't the worst thing we've heard. Also, those supplements they offer - they're an autoship. If you don't like them, have the customer service number on hand and prepare to be proactive in telling them to shut it off (welcome to the industry).
Product Performance: It seems to be working better than what we gave it credit for when we first saw it. The sites we trust most have been complimentary with the system's performance. Get prepared to have to assemble the product and take it out of the box.

Before I'd ever use a product like Dr. Ho's Back Belt, I would consult my chiropractor - who I haven't seen in awhile. What we found is that most people wouldn't take such an approach...
I would swear that the NutriBullet is just a Magic Bullet with a different plastic skin and fonts & iconography. I assume that if I want to make veggie smoothies I could just use a Magic Bullet, but apparently I can't. Or something like that. I'm still looking.
This is one of those times where my grandfather bought something he wanted to see on TV and it was a great idea. I went into the garage and click the switch when I realized the light-bulb didn't look like an ordinary light-bulb.
With so many acne products out and about, on television, on the shelves, at the impulse counter, next to the Redbox and vending machines...It's enough to make one wonder as to why the competition is so fierce. Is it because no single product works well enough? Or is it because people have a hard time telling which product works for them. Maybe Neutrogena is onto something with the SkinID.
Awesome Auger - Was It PitchMen's Billy Mays that Made it Awesome? Or was it Awesome Auger inventor Tommie Matasko and his inspiring story that lead to the Auger's invention? Please visit the As Seen on TV Life Summary Review and find out.
Before Vince came out with his copycat ShamWOW and his Time/Life operator headphones, there was a super-absorbent cloth that took care of the chills and spills your clumsy day created. And all you needed to know was that Billy Mays thought it was awesome.
