Original Offer Details : Crazy Critter Fox for $10 + $6.99 S&H. BOGO - Raccoon - $6.99 S&H.
Nothing is more annoying than waking up in the morning and stubbing your toe on the dog's chew toy. Why is it by the slippers? Don't you know? The first thing you're supposed to do in the morning when you wake up, before you put on a robe and go to the bathroom, is to play with your dog! Or, oh wow, the other one: slipping down a few stairs because your dog's stuffed animal...well, the animal isn't on the stairs anymore, but its stuffing sure is. That's a disc-slipper.
So when we were told about Crazy Critters, we thought we'd go crazy for it. But we finished the review and we had to have a couple thoughts. Please take a read and you'll see what we mean. First things first...the features and claims.
According to official product site CrazyCritters.com, Crazy Critters claims the following features:
- Safe fun for dogs of all sizes
- Stuffing free
- Machine washable
- Squeakers at both ends
- super strong and durable
- Two styles - Raccoon & Fox
This was the easy part, it's when we get to the reviews that we found something more interesting.
Order Process: We found a few cases where people weren't expecting the second S&H for the second Crazy Critter. They thought it was only $6.99 S&H for both. Note that it isn't. Also not that the online and phone offer is an offer, they're selling BOGO. They aren't itemized.
Product Performance: There are of complaints out there for the product performance. People jumped on complaintsboard the complaint bandwagon. Not only are there complaints but each one has a few comments on them. They also came out in droves at PissedConsumer . And the folks at Rip Off Report weren't outdone either. For example, one comment from Pissed Consumer:
"Written by Marie, on 06-12-2010 15:28 ' Destroyed! 10 min! Squeaker was torn out.....face ripped open! '"
We also found quite a bit of people who seemed to enjoy the product. we'll admit we found more bad reports than good reports, but people are typically more likely to report the bad and the good.
The video playlist to the left has a fun collection of videos to look at. Not only is the commercial in it but there are also a few videos of dog owners who filmed their dogs going to town on the Crazy Critters.
WXIA-TV NBC 11 in Atlanta took the Critters out for a spin. Here's what they came up with!

Before I'd ever use a product like Dr. Ho's Back Belt, I would consult my chiropractor - who I haven't seen in awhile. What we found is that most people wouldn't take such an approach...
I would swear that the NutriBullet is just a Magic Bullet with a different plastic skin and fonts & iconography. I assume that if I want to make veggie smoothies I could just use a Magic Bullet, but apparently I can't. Or something like that. I'm still looking.
This is one of those times where my grandfather bought something he wanted to see on TV and it was a great idea. I went into the garage and click the switch when I realized the light-bulb didn't look like an ordinary light-bulb.
With so many acne products out and about, on television, on the shelves, at the impulse counter, next to the Redbox and vending machines...It's enough to make one wonder as to why the competition is so fierce. Is it because no single product works well enough? Or is it because people have a hard time telling which product works for them. Maybe Neutrogena is onto something with the SkinID.

Before Vince came out with his copycat ShamWOW and his Time/Life operator headphones, there was a super-absorbent cloth that took care of the chills and spills your clumsy day created. And all you needed to know was that Billy Mays thought it was awesome.
