    The Air Climber???? I wouldn’t know how the machine is suppossed to work….my dvd does not work so I called in and they sent a new one suppossedly….on March 24th said 7 to 10 days have called them three times and they said we sent another one out on April 5th give it 7 to 10 days….again it is the 19th of April and I call and they say give it a few more days…..how many days does it take??? It didn’t take long for them to get my money and it only took 6 days for the machine to get here….and again no one can help me at the customer service number other than to keep saying…give it a few days.

    I ordered a Genie bra by mail. Sending a check the 9th of May. I have not heard a thing, Can’t get anywhere on the phone because I did not call it in. How do you contact these poeople? Check dated 5/9/11, for $79.97.
    My check has been cashed #1749. My bank posted the check the 19th of May.
    I would appreciate some answers. Thank you

      Customer service hours Monday – Friday at 9:00 am till 8:00 pm Eastern Standard Time

      Customer service hours Saturday – 9:00 am till 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time

      The one area we don’t have much experience with is mail-in orders. I
      know it’s getting to the end of the 6-week window for a product to be
      shipped, but we wouldn’t be surprised if it took two months via mail
      just because of postal lag.

    i ordered from my top off .com and i was charged, and never recieved my product. now that am trying to see what happened the web site for mytopoff.com in no longer available… what do i do??

    I ordered the Edge of Glory knife sharpener months and months ago and never received it. I got a postcard saying that it was on back order. They took my money, but still have gotten nothing. Enjoy my money, scammers.

    I ordered the Shedpal from an add on TV.  The add said I would receive a stuffing free toy for my dog to play with.  I also ordered the one that was free if I ordered one.  Well, I FINALLY received my order long after what was promised, and there was NO toy for my dog.  To be honest, I only ordered the shedpal for the toy.  I have a short haired, non shedding dog. But, he loves stuffed toys.  I do not wish to kepp this shedpal if I don’t get the toy.

    I HAVE BEEN A SMOKER FOR OVER 30 YRS AND I DESIDED TO STOP BECAUSE I HAVE CANCER WELL I TRYED THE PATCH,GUM,PATCHES,NOW UR ASSIST WELL I STARTED AND IM DOING GOOD NOT BECAUSE OF UR PRODUCT BECAUSE THE FIRST DAY I USED IT I GO TO CHARGE IT AND AFTER IT FINISHED CHARGING I GO TO TAKE IT FROM THE USB PORT AND I BURN MY HAND IT WAS SO HOT AND IT DONT WORK I WANT MY MONEY BACK U SENT ME A HALF WORKING PRODUCT IM ON A FIXED INCOME AND CANT AFFORD TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS BROKE AND NOW IM PAYING FOR CIGS AGAIN BECAUSE UR PRODUCT FAILED TO HELP
