When I was little I got a Light Brite. My mother purchased it from a garage sale. She couldn't believe her luck. After dad left, we weren't flush with cash so we took the treasures as they came and appreciated the Hell out of them. Nowadays I do the same things for my nieces and nephews, providing them with treasures whenever I can.
We wonder if Bright Light Pillow will be such a treasure.
Only one way to find out...
The first thing that keeps coming into my head is a Light Brite. It isn't. Brand confusion aside, Bright Light Pillows are pretty straight forward product. They are pillows embedded with soft LED lights that provide a soft, luminescent glow for kids when they're getting ready to sleep. The offer can also come with the a Bright Light Blanket, completing the soft rotating hue experience. Man, I'm jealous of the gifts kids get today.
According to brightlightpillow.com, Bright Light Pillow claims the following features and benefits:
- uses 3 AA batteries
- works for hundreds of hours
- LED lights guarantee not to burn out / emit heat
- changes colors automatically
- comfy & bright
Order Process: We found a complaint for the order process. This time from order-by-phone land. There was a complaint that someone was extra insistent on passing along a gas card with the inclusion of a subscription. We come across these kinds of complaints once in awhile. We hate to hear them. In fact, we heard of another one that happened when a person ordered online . We can't imagine that will last long. These types of things seldom do. If not, let us know. We like starting revolutions.
Product Performance: The great news is that the product performance has been promising. Mommy bloggers have been searching for it. Other review sites and videos we've seen have show great things about the light. Some show concern for those lights being on too far, but they're designed to have a failsafe which turns the lights off after 15 minutes. So hopefully, they have playful colorful dreams and nothing much more.
We expect that kids will love the adventures provided by Bright Light Pillows & Bright Light Blankets. We expect that the gas card scam will only go on for so long and that if it persists, it'll blow black heavy on the producers. We also suspect that somewhere some kid is going to become an artists because of the colorful visions inspired by going to sleep encased in a ballet of lights.
Other than that, we don't expect too much.

Before I'd ever use a product like Dr. Ho's Back Belt, I would consult my chiropractor - who I haven't seen in awhile. What we found is that most people wouldn't take such an approach...
I would swear that the NutriBullet is just a Magic Bullet with a different plastic skin and fonts & iconography. I assume that if I want to make veggie smoothies I could just use a Magic Bullet, but apparently I can't. Or something like that. I'm still looking.
This is one of those times where my grandfather bought something he wanted to see on TV and it was a great idea. I went into the garage and click the switch when I realized the light-bulb didn't look like an ordinary light-bulb.
With so many acne products out and about, on television, on the shelves, at the impulse counter, next to the Redbox and vending machines...It's enough to make one wonder as to why the competition is so fierce. Is it because no single product works well enough? Or is it because people have a hard time telling which product works for them. Maybe Neutrogena is onto something with the SkinID.
Awesome Auger - Was It PitchMen's Billy Mays that Made it Awesome? Or was it Awesome Auger inventor Tommie Matasko and his inspiring story that lead to the Auger's invention? Please visit the As Seen on TV Life Summary Review and find out.
Before Vince came out with his copycat ShamWOW and his Time/Life operator headphones, there was a super-absorbent cloth that took care of the chills and spills your clumsy day created. And all you needed to know was that Billy Mays thought it was awesome.
