I can see what they’re saying, especially about the part of “because of Gold rising in value,” could be interpreted as to say that the rising cost of gold could hinder the cost of the product at current market prices as if the gold provides the value. To be honest, we don’t know how much the gold used in the coins cost or how much an increase in the price of gold would affect the cost of coin production. To be honest, we don’t even know if the price of the gold used in production is in any way related to the market price of Gold. But we get what you’re saying. We do. 
As for the rest of the advertising
…The National Collectors Mint makes it sound official but they do come out and say the coin is a “tribute” and a “replica” of the original American Buffalo coin. They even put, “Tribute,” in the title instead of “Official.”

We took another scan of the Blogosphere and see the stories are the same. We didn’t see any issues with order supply or anything that’s been different in the coin’s 7 year run.
